A dim, glamorous little Italian wine bar tucked on C Ave, one block off Orange. Chef-driven handmade pastas, a serious wine and cocktail list, and occasional live music make it the village's go-to grown-up date spot. Dinner only most nights, so plan around the 4pm open.
A no-frills, high-volume sushi bar on Orange known for premium all-you-can-eat plus a la carte and ramen. Not destination omakase, but a genuine value and a locals' weeknight staple. Opens midday on weekends, mid-afternoon on weekdays.
Artisan Italian gelato made on-site daily on C Ave, with 20-plus rotating seasonal flavors plus espresso drinks and affogato. The real alternative to MooTime if you want gelato over scoop-shop ice cream. Open late.
Fast-casual grass-fed burgers, shakes, and onion rings on Orange. It's a small California chain, so not a hidden gem, but it's the village's default burger stop and reliably family-friendly. There's a solid quinoa veggie burger too.
